    No your camera stays off the entire time. No one is judging you, No one is watching you. It's just you, your dumbbells, and the decision to show up and get better.
  • What if i can't join at 7:00 am IST ?
    No worries! After Every session recording will be available so you can train anytime that fits your schedule.
  • What language are the classes in ?
    All sessions are in English - clear, simple, and easy to follow no matter where you are from !
  • Are these classes for beginners ?
    Yes! These workouts are designed for all fitness levels, with clear instruction and modified exercises. Whether you are just starting out or already active, you'll be challenged and guided throughout.
  • How Long are the workouts ?
    Each session is 60 minute long , including warmup , main workout , cool down.
  • Do I get a diet plan?
    You’ll receive sample meal plans and 4 recipe eBooks (vegetarian, vegan, high protein, low carb) to support your goals without restriction.
  • How do i join the classes ?
    All classes are on Zoom app. Once you sign up, you will be guided step by step to join classes, before each class you will get the reminder with joining link.

After trying random workouts online , this is the first time i followed actual results. The structure and support were exactly what i needed to lose fat and stay focused.
