What do i get inside studio ?
You get access to all programs + weekly structured training and new monthly programs. Guided follow along sessions ,and WhatsApp support to help you choose your training path. You can train anytime.
I'm a beginner. Will i able to follow the workouts ?
Yes every program is designed with clear progression, form cues and pace that builds confidence, not anxiety. I'll guide you on WhatsApp and place you in right program.
Is this suitable for weight loss ?
Yes. The structure is built for shred fat & get stronger, no random workouts. You'll get leaner, stronger and more defined with consistent training.
Do I need equipment for the practices ?
Yes ! At least a pair of dumbbell is required ( Light to moderate weights ). While some of our workouts can be done without any equipments as well.
How long are the workouts ?
Our workouts vary in length from 20 minutes to 60 minutes.
Can I play the sessions to my laptop, tablet or another device?
Yes! The platform is fully mobile friendly. You can stream all workouts on mobile, tablet, or laptop. No App needed..
Can i do workouts at my own pace ?
Yes ! The studio is completely on-demand. You can pause, rewind, or repeat workout anytime. Follow the program schedule, or mix and match based on your week.
What is weekly training structure ?
Every week you get new training schedule of 5 days, 2-3 new workouts and remaining we select from our workout library to give you complete structure. You can train according to your needs ( 3-6x per week )
What if i have questions during my workouts ?
You will have direct whatsApp & email support from Amar.
Do memberships auto-renew ?
No, Nothing auto-renew. You choose when to continue - zero surprise changes and no lock-ins.
